Ingredients

  1. 1capsicum chopped cut into cubes
  2. 1small onion bulb cut into bulb
  3. 250 gmspaneer cut into cubes
  4. 2tomatoes roughly chopped
  5. 1big sized onion
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  8. 2 tbspfresh cream
  9. as per tasteRed chilli powder
  10. 1/4tspkadhai paneer masala
  11. 3garlic pods

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First, take a pan to add 2 tbsp oil add onions, and garlic pods saute till it changes color then add tomatoes cover it, and cook till it gets soft and mushy. After cool down the mix make a puree.

    Then take a pan to add 2 tsp oil add the puree and add all the species add salt, cook till it loses oil. After 10 mins add cream, then add capsicum add the onion. Cook till it becomes soft, for 5 mins till it becomes crunch dont overcook.

    After 20 mins then add paneer cubes mix them well.

    And serve it roti or naan😋
