In india we have an amazing variety of cuisines from many cities . So this khoba roti is also one of those most popular rotis in india from Rajasthan. Which is also famous for its foods and clothing a different style of tradition to explore out there . I have been to dhola ri dhani place in india Hyderabad. I personally had experienced their wonderful traditional pickles, curry’s, rotis, rice etc ..!
It was a great experience to know other place traditions & culture. I have never tried it at home now I have prepared it watching many of my fellow authors for this week have tried out this khoba roti . It delicious indeed.

Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2 cupswhole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  3. 2 tablespoonsghee
  4. As neededwater to knead the dough
  5. 1 tspCumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly we will melt ghee and will start to prepare further. Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt,ghee

    Mix it roughly stiff kind of dough cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes. Now just take a the dough and prepare 3-4 balls out of it. Pick a roller pad and rolling pin roll a roti slightly thick then mark indents /pinch it using thumb & middle finger.

    Mark desired shapes by pinching it. I didn’t prepare more thick because my family doesn’t like thick roti so went for medium thick but if it’s more thick the indents marks look much deep. Further take a griddle set in medium flame burner pop the roti prepared let it cook for a minute then flip it.

    Once the other side is also cook well remove it and drizzle or brush ghee generously. It’s the need for this recipe and healthy too. Gradually prepare all I have also tried with different shapes oval,triangle and prepared in similar fashion.

    Our delicious hot khoba roti is ready to relish with any accompaniment of vegetables curry or tea as well..!
