Ingredients

  1. For palak noodles-
  2. 1 bunchpalak
  3. 2green chilies
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1 cupWheat flour
  6. For Noodles gravy-
  7. 2 tspButter
  8. as requiredSpring onions (bulbs)
  9. as requiredCarrot (thin long slices)
  10. 2 clovesgarlic
  11. as neededCapsicum - long and thin (yellow,red and green)
  12. 3 tsp- tomato sauce
  13. 1/2 tspvinegar
  14. 1/2 tspsoya sauce
  15. 1 tspgreen chili sauce
  16. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  17. 1/2 tspOregano
  18. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  19. as per taste Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash palak well and blanch them into a kadai

  2. 2

    Add palak in cold water(For 2 mins). After draining out all the water, make a puree with the palak and green chilli.

    Take wheat flour and add salt.
    Add palak puree and make a soft dough.

  4. 4

    Make thin chapatis and cook on medium to high flame.

  5. 5

    Apply some ghee on chapati while cooking.

    Make all the chapatis and roll tight and cut into thin strips, forming noodles

    Separate the chapati strips.
    The noodles are now ready

    Now in a large kadai heat 2tsp butter and saute 2 clove garlic. Also saute 2 tbsp spring onion.

    Further add  carrots and capsicums
    Saute slightly till the vegetables shrink.

    Now add all sauce and spices, mix well, making sure the sauces are combined well.
    Further add the prepared chapati strips, garnish with 2 tbsp spring onions and mix gently.

    Serve chapati noodles hot or pack in a lunch box.
