Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 1and half cup water
  3. To taste salt
  4. 1 tspcumin
  5. 1 tspasafoetida
  6. 1 tspcarrom seeds
  7. 1 tspblack seed
  8. Halfchopped onion
  9. 1 tspchopped green chillies
  10. Halftsp garlic / Ginger chopped
  11. 1 pinchbaking soda
  12. 2 tspchopped fresh parsley / cabbage/ coriander leaves
  13. 1 tspchopped tomato

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add water,keep it aside for 15 minutes

    Heat a pan and add some oil or butter and wipe out excess amount of oil with a cotton cloth

  3. 3

    Pour the batter with the help of a ladle onto the pan and spread like a round chapati cook on low flame for 5 minutes and flip it with the help of spatula and cook for 2 more minutes.

    Serve hot with any chutney, ketchup and raita.
