Ingredients

  1. 500 gmcottage cheese
  2. 3green capsicum
  3. 1red capsicum
  4. 1yellow capsicum
  5. 7tomatoes
  6. 5onions
  7. 1 cuphang curd
  8. Spices:-
  9. 2 spoonkashmiri red Chilli powder
  10. 2 spoontandoori chicken masala
  11. 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  12. 1 spoonroasted cumin powder
  13. 1 spoonkasuri methi
  14. 1/4 spoonamchur (raw mango) powder
  15. 2 spoonchat masala powder
  16. 1/2 spoongaram masala (optional)
  17. 1 spoonblack salt
  18. 1 spoonmustard oil
  19. as per taste Salt

    First wash all the veggies & cut them into big pieces

    Now take one cotton white cloth & put dahi (curd) on it & twist the cloth & hang it for 15 min so excess water will be discarded

    Now gather all spices mention above & take a big vessel in which you are going to marinate

    Now put all ingredients in vessel & heat oil & pour on it & mix it properly

  5. 5

    Now first add paneer pieces in it & mix it very gently with your hands
    Do not use spatula because pieces will get break
    Then add three color capsicum
    Then add onions & in last add tomatoes

    Mix all veggies very gently & close the lid of vessel & marinate it for at least 3 hours

    Now take wooden screwer & assemble all veggies on it & grill it in microwave
    Choose tandoor se option & grill all prepared screwer

    Before grilling add little oil on every screwer & Then grill it
    Now your tandoori paneer Tikka dry is ready
    Serve it with salad
