No meat mixed vegetables, easy to cook and no fuss recipe.
Cooking Instructions

Oil the pan, stir fry carrots until softened. Put in garlic and shallots towards the end before the second step.

Put in cloud ear fungus, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and a cup of water. Simmer around 8-10 minutes.
- 3
Put in tofu cubes and simmer around 2 more minutes and it's ready to serve.
