Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gramsPork (offcuts)
  2. 1 tbspSake
  3. 1 tbspCake flour
  4. 1/3a head Chopped cabbage
  5. 10cm Green onion (finely chopped)
  6. 2 tbsp★Water
  7. 1/2 tsp★Chicken soup stock powder
  8. 1/3 tsp★Salt
  9. 1 tbsp★Sesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Put the pork in a plastic bag and season with sake. Coat with the cake flour.

  2. 2

    Layer the cabbage and pork in the Dutch oven with the final layer consisting of the pork.

    Sprinkle the ★ ingredients over the top, cover with the lid, and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Top with the green onions.
