Cooking Instructions

Take one cooker and boil matar with little salt and sugar. Keep aside.

Take one mixer churn onion, garlic and green chilli and keep aside. After that churn tomatoes and ginger together and make a fine paste.

Take one pan add oil then add onion paste and fry till it becomes light brown. After that add all the spices and a dash of water. Then add tomato puree and cover it for 2-3 minutes.

After 2-3 minutes oil separates then add boiled matar. Mix well and add water. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes or until gravy becomes little thick then add salt and turn the flame off. After that add paneer (cut in cubes) and cover it for another 3-4 minutes. You can enjoy this delicious recipe with lachha paratha or plain paratha.
