As a kid I used to love this savoury snacks and now also the kid in me loves this and so does my son
I love it either with tea or if no tea then with mango pickle.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix in all dry ingredients first and then make a well and the ghee and oil and mix well, so that when you hold a fistful of it, it forms your fist shape, that means your moyen is done well.
- 2
Now add water little water at a time and form a stiff dough. Cover and keep aside for 20-30 minutes. Start heating oil for frying in a pan or kadai. Then knead the dough again and divide it into small equal balls. Press in between your palm and flatten it thin, nor super thin. They fry in a medium hot oil, till it reaches golden brown color. Once done, take it out and keep on tissue paper to absorb excess oil. Once cooled enjoy with tea or with pickle.
