  5. as required Hot and sweet sauce
  6. as requiredGoan Recheado Masala (Red masala with vinegar)

    Wash the chicken and apply Ginger garlic paste, salt, little sugar, one maggi cube, Goan Recheado Masala and lemon. And keep for marinate for 1 hour.

    Take a frying pan put the chicken and then half cup water and cover it by the lid.

  3. 3

    After 10 minutes turn the chicken and cover it again till the water dries up.

  4. 4

    After the water is dried up, put hot and sweet sauce and little masala and coriander. And lastly stir it and serve it hot.
