  1. 300 gmschicken
  2. 2 teaspoonsonion paste
  3. 1 teaspoonginger paste
  4. 1 teaspoongarlic paste
  5. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  6. 2 teaspoonsgreen chilli paste
  7. 2 teaspoonstandoori masala
  8. 2 teaspoonsOil
  9. As per tasteSalt
  10. As requiredRed food colour

Cooking Instructions

    Take fresh chicken in a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, black pepper, chili paste, onion paste, tandoori masala, food color, oil, and salt in it and mix it well.

    Now cover it with a lid and keep it in the refrigerator for marination for at least 1 hour
    (You can marinate for 2- 3 hours too).

    Now arrange marinated chicken in skewers and Barbeque it on coal
    While cooking apply some olive oil or mustard oil on chicken so that it doesn't get dry
    (Cook it up to 20-25 min).

    Hot and spicy chicken tandoori is ready to serve with onion salad.
