  1. For idli -
  2. 250 grams urad dal
  3. 500 gramsidli rice
  4. 1 tbspmethi seeds
  5. as per tasteSalt

  9. 250 grams toor dal (arhar ki dal)
  10. 250 gramsdrumstick
  11. 200 gramspumpkin

  17. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  18. 2 tbspred chilli powder

  24. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  25. 1 tbspcumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a urad dal n idli rice clean n wash add some methi seeds n soak overnight or 4 to 5 hours after that grind both inthe mixer now our grinded mixture is ready.

    Take a big container and add dal n rice grinded mixture add salt n mix it well n make a batter n cover d lid n keep it for fermentation overnight or 4 to 5 hours. After fermentation our batter is ready to make idli take a idli mould grease with oil.

    And pour batter all the moulds n keep it in the gas for steaming steam at least 30 minutes cover d lid n wait for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes our idli is ready.
    For sambar preparation take a dal n veggies clean n wash chopped all d veggies n remove d skin drumstick wash d dal soak in d water for 20 minutes add so chopped tomatoes n pumpkin n pressure cook dal n veggies 4 to 5 whistle, after that our dal n veggies boiled keep a a side take above All d ingredients together.

    Chopped coriander leaves n make a tamrind pulp with hot water.

    Heat the big container pour oil add mustard seeds n cumin seeds asofetidia, curry leaves n dry red chilli.

    Saute for a minutes,add red chilli powder, sambar masala, n turmeric Powder.

    Add Kashmiri Lal powder mix it well n cook for a minutes after that add boil dal n boil veggies mix it well.

    Add water as per consistency you need tamrind pulp n salt again mix it well n cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Now our delicious healthy neutricious and tasty and yummy soft idli sambar is ready to serve serve hot in a serving dish n enjoy hot.
