Boiled onion chopped and tomato with out water, after cooling grind it

Take a bowl add dry masala like 2 TSP dhania,1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 TSP haldi and little bit of water.pour this wet masala in pan stir it well

After frying all masala add mava or malai,and roast it well.then add paneer or peasif you want 1 cup boiling water after thickening greavy switch off flam. sprinkle 1 spoon of garam masala or kassori maithi,mix honey garnish with chopped coriander leaves it's simple and delicious Sahi paneer recipe is ready to serve.
