Ingredients

  1. 250 gmfresh paneer
  2. 2big onion
  3. 2big tomatoes
  4. 2whole red chillies
  5. 2 tbspmelon seeds
  6. 3 tbspcurd
  7. 1/2 cupcream or fresh malai
  8. 1/2 cupmilk
  9. 1 tspginger paste
  10. 1 tspgarlic paste
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tspkashmiri red Chilli powder
  13. 1 tspsalt or to taste
  14. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  15. 1 tspkasuri methi
  16. 1/4 tspgaram.masala powder
  17. 2bay leaves,
  18. 1inch cinnamon,
  19. 2 green cardamom,
  20. 1 black cardamom
  21. 1 tspcumin seeds,
  22. 4-5pepper corns,
  23. 2 cloves
  24. 2 tbspoil
  25. 1 tbspbutter
  26. as required Coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    And then make a fine paste of onion,keep in another bowl then make paste of tomatoes and whole red chillies. Whisk the curd well.take malai or cream in separate bowl. Cut the panee into pieces.mix coriander powder with curd.it helps to stop burning.

    Take a kadhai add butter and oil heat it add whole spices,saute 30 second add onion paste cook on medium flame until it turns light brown.thenadd ginger garlic paste.cook it for a minute.

    Now add melon seeds paste and stir continuously. Turn the flame medium Saute 1 minute then add turmeric and kashmiri red Chilli powder mix well.add tomatoes paste and salt mix well.cover and cooked for 5 minutes stir occasionally.

    Add curd and coriander mixture.mix cover and cook for 2 minutes.when oil separate add cream mix and cook for 2 minutes. Now add kasuri methi.

    Add milk mix well.give a boil add garam masala powder. Cook for another 2 minutes.when oil ooz out add paneer cubes.give them a nice mix.cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.turn off the flame

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or kulcha
