Ingredients

  1. 250 gm paneer cubs
  2. 2onion chopped
  3. 3tomato chopped
  4. 4green chili chopped
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1/4 cupoil
  8. 1/2 bunchfenugreek leaves
  9. 1 cupgreen peas
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspred chili pawder
  12. 1 tspcoriander pawder
  13. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  14. 2 tbspcream
  15. as requiredFew curry leaves
  16. 1 tspdry fenugreek leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add 1 tsp oil and heat and fry paneer cubs marenat 1 pinch salt and red chili tarmaric pawder lightly fry and keep aside

    Take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds green chili curry leaves stir add onion stir fry lightly fry and add ginger garlic paste green peas stir fry add tomato stir fry to cook well add salt red chili pawder coriander pawder tarmaric pawder stir fry to cook well

    Now add fenugreek leaves stir fry to cook well add paneer cubs add cream fenugreek leaves stir fry to cook well

    Now transfer into serving bowl and garnish cream tomatoflawar

    Ready to serve with paratha or boil rice
