Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup green peas
  2. 1/2 cupdiced carrots
  3. 1finely chopped onion
  4. 1finely chopped tomato
  5. 1 tspcrushed ginger garlic
  6. 1 tbspoil
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspKitchen king masala
  11. as per tasteSalt
  12. 1 tbspfresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker heat oil on medium flame.

    Once oil is ready add cumin seeds followed by chopped onion and crushed ginger garlic.

    Once the onions turn translucent add the chopped tomato, keep on stirring and let it turn mushy.

    Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.

    Once you start getting nice fragrance of masalas add the diced carrots and green peas. Pour little water enough to just cover the veggies. And pressure cook for 3 whistles.

    Once done, let the pressure release completely. Now open the cooker and continue cooking on low flame. Then add the Kitchen king masala and mix well.

    Finally add the fresh cream and bring to one last boil. Then the curry is ready. Serve with hot phulkas or hot rice.
