Ingredients

  1. 1 cup .Rice plain
  2. 1 cup .idli rice
  3. 1 cup .moog dal (green broken)
  4. 1/2 cup .poha
  5. as required .ginger few strips
  6. 3.green chili
  7. 3.red chilli
  8. as required .curry leaves few
  9. as required .curry leaves few
  10. as required .palak leaves a bunch
  11. as required .corn (boiled)
  12. as required .peas
  13. 11/2 teaspoon.salt
  14. 8 teaspoon.refined oil
  15. as required .hing few drops
  16. 3.Tomato onion chutney:Tomato
  17. 2.onion
  18. 3.red chilli
  19. 1 teaspoon.Salt
  20. as required .imli few
  21. as needed.jaggery few
  22. 2 teaspoon.chana dal
  23. 1 teaspoon.urad dal
  24. as required .hing few drops

Cooking Instructions

    First immerse in water your moog dal, two rice&poha with curry leaves, green chilli, red chilli, ginger, strips let them rest in water for one hour. We will prepare next step..

    Then dry the water completely take a mixie grinder grind it and mix with salt,&hing..

    Then cut your bunch of palak, ginger, corn, peas everything steamed in idli cooker, with salt, onion, cut tomato and after steaming for 20minutes then grind it in a mixie grinder keep in, a bowl. Then, already prepared your moog dal dosa mixed this palak mixture also your Palak moog dal batter is ready to prepare your dosa. Let them rest for sometime.. Then we will prepare chutney fir this dosa..

    Take onion, tomato cut in to small piece keep it aside. Take a tawa pour some refined oil, pour black esi, urad dal, chana dal, red chilli, imli, hing let them fry into golden brown then put off your gas then add salt and jaggery. Then tranfer all the materials in to mixie jar grind it in nutral speed. Keep it in a bowl your tomato onion chutney ready.

    Then prepare for your sambar. Cut your mula, into cubes then cut your onion, then take a tawa pour some refined oil, then, pour black rai, methi seeds, then spark some, curry leaves hing, then add haldi, sambar, powder, fry in for sometime then add, imli puree then cook for sometime add salt and mux your smashed arahar dal everything will be cooking for sometime then tyour muli onion sambar ready....

    Then, first you prepared your moog dosa batter take it in a bowl then heat your dosa tawa after sometime, split some, water and drops of, refined oil combined then pour your batter by circle by your hand, and when cooked you one side then transfer in to other side...

    Enjoy with your tomato chutney and mulu sambar you will definately, enjoy... To eat....

    In winter especially in a cold weather when you prepare this dosa everyone, will ask you more and more....
