Cooking Instructions

Take a pan add grated carrots and milk keep it
On high flame for boiling. - 2

Cook grated carrots in milk on low flame and then allow it to dry with contineous stirring.
Then add nolen gur then cook it on low flame and allow cooked carrots in milk to dry and stirred contineously - 4

When it becomes dry add ghee and cardamom powder on it mix it well and cook for 2 minutes with continuously stirring.

Garnishing with dry fuits and enjoy with family and frds.
