Assemble Ingredients

Cut bread slice from inside to maintain square shape.

In mixing bowl, Crack eggs, add milk + salt + pepper powder and whisk well for 4-5 minutes. Mixture will turn fluffy. Now add veggies and give a nice mix.

In moderately heated pan, add butter and place the edge bread slice.

Pour 4-5 spoon of egg mixture in middle of the bread slice and spread evenly all around.

After pouring 4-5 spoon of egg mixture in the middle of slice, Place cheese on surface.

Now seal it with the cut out bread slice by pressing gently and cook / toast for 3-4 minutes under low flame.

By now egg mixture is firm, flip the other side and cook / toast for 3-4 minutes. Repeat the same process with rest of the slices.

Now toast is cooked / toasted fully.

Now toast is ready to serve.
