Dumplings for most any Soup

Ingredients

  1. 2 CAll-Purpose Flour
  2. 1/4 CLard
  3. 4 TSPBaking Powder
  4. 3/4 CBoiling Water
  5. PinchSalt and Black Pepper
  6. 1-2 TSPParsley (or Basil)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients, then fold in the boiling water

  2. 2

    Pinch then form into balls, (about 1tsp- 1TBS each to form) until entirety is formed into balls and plated

  3. 3

    Drop dumplings into any boiling pot of soup for a nice addition! Cook for 10-15 minutes in the boiling or simmering soup!(Chicken Soup, Bean Soup, Ham Soup, the list goes on!)
