Ingredients

  1. 10-12dates
  2. 2 tbspchopped nuts
  3. 1 tbspchopped pistachio
  4. 1 tspmelon seeds
  5. 2 tbspdesiccated coconut
  6. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  7. 1 tbsphoney
  8. as per needSome tutti frutti

Cooking Instructions

    To make of stuffed dates, take some soft dates. Remove seeds and make a cavity to fill stuffing. Arrenge all ingredients in one place.

    Making stuffing -
    Take a mixing bowl add chopped nuts, sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, melon seeds, honey and mix everything properly and make a dough. Stuffing is ready.

    Now fill this stuffing into the dates.

    Now spread some pistachio powder, sesame seeds and desiccated coconut on the plate. Then roll the stuffed dates one by one. As shown in fig. Stuffed dates are ready.

    Garnish with tutti frutti and take all dates in a serving plate and serve.
