Ingredients

  1. 4 spoonall-purpose flour
  2. 1 spooncurd
  3. 1/2 spoonENO
  4. as requiredwater
  5. as required oil for frying
  6. 1 cupwater for syrup
  7. 1 spooncaradom powder
  8. 1 cupsugar
  9. as requiredfood colour

Cooking Instructions

    Add eno and curd to the flour and make a thick batter with water.

    Now in another pan, take 1 cup water, sugar, and cardomam.

    Heat the syrup till you feel it sticky between fingers.

  4. 4

    Now tranfer the earlier prepared batter into a bottle and keep aside.

  5. 5

    Heat the oil and draw jalebis on medium flame.

  6. 6

    Tranfer the jalebis to the syrup immediately after they turn golden brown.

  7. 7

    Wait for 2 minutes and let the jalebis absorb the syrup.

  8. 8

    Now strain and serve hot.
