Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 1 tbspoil
  2. 1 tbspbutter
  3. 1 piece ginger julienne
  4. 1 cuppaneer cubes
  5. 1/4 cupgrated paneer
  6. As Per TasteSalt
  7. For gravy
  8. 1 tspoil
  9. 1 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1bay leaf
  11. 1/2cinnamon stick
  12. 2-3cloves
  13. 2 piecesgreen cardamoms
  14. 2-3peppercorns
  15. 1 small green chilli
  16. 1/2 piece ginger
  17. 2-3garlic cloves
  18. 1 tbspcashewnuts halves
  19. 1 big onion chopped
  20. 2-3 piecestomatoes chopped,
  21. 2dry red kashmiri chillies
  22. As per taste Salt
  23. 100 mlwarm water
  24. 1 tbspfresh cream
  25. 1 tspkasuri methi
  26. As requiredFinely chopped green corainder leaves to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a cooking pan. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cloves cinnamon stick, peppercorns, and cardamom, and saute for 1 minute.

    Add chopped onion, green chili, ginger, and garlic and saute till brown. Add cashewnuts halves, chopped tomatoes, and dry red Kashmiri chilies mixed well. Saute for a few minutes. Add water and cook for 8-10 minutes. Cool and grind to smooth paste.

    In cooking, pan adds heat oil and butter. Add ginger julienne and saute till pinkish. Add prepared spiced tomato-onion red gravy, and saute for 1 minute. Add warm water and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add grated paneer and paneer cubes, and salt. Mix gently. Add hand crushed Kasuri methi and cream. Off the flame.

    Serve/Relish Delicious Hot Paneer Lababdar with Parathas/ Naan.
