Ingredients

  1. 250 gmkarela
  2. 4onion chopped
  3. 2 spoonfennel powder
  4. 2green chili
  5. 2 spoonred chilli powder
  6. 3 spooncoriander powder
  7. 2 spoondry mango powder
  8. 1 spoongaram masala
  9. as requiredSalt to taste
  10. as required oil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the karele and soak in salty water for 1/2 hour.

    Heat oil in a wok add grated onion and spices and saute it till leave the oil.

  3. 3

    Stuff this mixture in karele and cook on low flame till soft the karele.

    .Serve with paratha.
