Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 cuproasted vermicelli
  2. 1 tbspOil
  3. 1 tspmustard
  4. 1/4 cupcarrot
  5. 1/4 cupbeans
  6. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric
  8. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  9. 1/2 tspSalt
  10. 2green chillies crushed

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan. Add water. Let it boils. Add vermicelli. Once it is cooked, drain the water. Run it through in cold water. Add some oil and mix it gently so it won't be sticky. Take a another pan. Add mustard. Once it is crackling, add crushed green chillies.

    Add all vegetables and saute on low flame. Add salt at this point. Add turmeric and garam masala. Add vermicelli.

    Mix it well but gently.

    Pack your lunch box.
