  1. 2 cupsKala chana/chickpeas
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Tomato
  4. 2Green chillies
  5. 3 tspLemon juice
  6. 1 tspChaat masala
  7. 1/2 tspPepper powder
  8. As Per TasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the dry chickpeas overnight or for 8-9 hours.

    In a pressure cooker add the soaked chickpeas with enough water. Pressure cook for 6 whistles.

    Add the boiled black chickpeas to a bowl. Add green chili, onions, and tomatoes to it.

    Add in chaat masala, pepper powder, and the required amount of salt and give a good mix. Finally,squeeze lemon and Serve.
