Cooking Instructions

Boil the potatoes and peel these. Take it into the bowl and mash the potatoes.

Add sweet corn, green chillis, finely chopped onion, turmeric powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, and salt to it and mix well.
Stuffing is already. - 3
Take the bread slices and remove the edges.

Take water in a bowl or plate and dip the bread slice in it. Do not use much water just moisten it.

Take a spoonful of stuffing and make a roll of it. Stuff the roll at the center of the slice and moisten all the edges with a little water.

Seal all the edges and make a nice roll.

Take rava on another plate.
Dip the roll in rava and smear rava on it from all sides. keep it aside. - 8
Heat up oil in a pan. Drop one by one roll in it and fry on medium to high heat until these turn nice golden from all sides.

You can serve bread rolls with sauce or any chutney.
