Ingredients

  1. 1medium size Beetroot
  2. 1 cupbasmati rice
  3. 1 inchcinnamon
  4. 2cardamon
  5. 1bay leaf
  6. 1 tspgaram Masala
  7. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  8. 1onion
  9. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  10. as requiredSalt to taste
  11. as requiredCoriander leaves for decoration
  12. 1 tablespoonoil
  13. 1 tspjeera/ cumin

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add oil, add bayleaf, cinnamon, cardamon, fry, add chopped onions fry until translucent.add chopped Beetroot.

    Add all dry masalas, salt, Wash and soaked basmati rice, chopped coriander leaves, 1.5 cups of water. And pressure cook for just 2 whisles.

    Once pressure release.open and serve.
