Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwhole wheat flour,
  2. 1 cupbathua puree,
  3. 1/2 cupchopped onion,
  4. 2green chilli chopped finely,
  5. as requiredSalt to taste,
  6. 1/2 tsphing,
  7. 1 tbspoil,
  8. as requiredOil for frying,

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl, add ata, bathua puree, onion & green chilli.

    Add salt & hing, mix it well. Add water slowly slowly, knead a med dough, rest it for 10 minutes. Add 1 tbsp oil, knead it again, keep aside.

    Take small portions of the dough, make balls, flatten it. Brush some oil. Fold it in your desired shape.

    Roll it, make Paratha. Heat an iron tawa, add very lil oil, wipe it, place the Paratha. Cook it both side flipping until light brown.

    Now spread some oil over the the upper side, flip it. Now brush oil on the other side too.

    Cook it both side flipping until brown. Take out in a serving dish, have it with any curry.

    For bathua puree...
    Blanch bathua leaves, cool it. Grind it to a fine puree.
