Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsShredded Cabbage -
  2. 1 cupHung Curd -
  3. 1/2 tspCumin seeds -
  4. 1/2 tspHing -
  5. Curry leaves -7-8
  6. 1Slit chili green -
  7. 1/2 tspJeera -
  8. 1 tspSalt -
  9. 1 tspLemon 🍋juice -
  10. 1/2 tspUrad dal -

Cooking Instructions

    Chop or shred the cabbage.

    Add salt & lemon juice into shredded cabbage. Cover & Rest it for 10 min.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile whisk the curd & make it smooth texture.

  4. 4

    After 10 min, cabbage has released water. Squeeze water from cabbage.

  5. 5

    Add squeezed cabbage into curd.
    Combine & mix it well.

  6. 6

    For tempering, heat oil in a tadka pan. Add mustard. Once mustard crackles, add jeeta, hing, curry leaves, urad dal & green chili. Urad dal.

  7. 7

    Pour tempering over the mixed cabbage. Mix it well. Garnish with chopped coriander.

    Freeze it & serve at the lunch or dinner. Its goes well with roti, rice, fulka.
