have shred quite a few street food from indo chinese cuisine, but vegetable crispy is my all time new favourite recipes. perhaps it the extra crisp with this recipe could be the primary reason, as there isn’t much difference from the vegetable manchurian recipe. also comparatively, vegetable crispy is much easier to cook and prepare compared to later

Ingredients

30 minutes
4 people
  1. Batter :1/4 cup madia
  2. 1/2 cupcorn flour
  3. 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1tsp vinegar
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Water as required
  7. Vegetables: 1 capsicum
  8. 2baby corn
  9. 2mushrooms
  10. 1 cupcauliflower
  11. Other ingredients: oil for frying
  12. 2tsp oil
  13. 2 clovesgarlic
  14. 1green Chilli
  15. 4tsp spring onion
  16. 1tsp red Chilli sauce
  17. 2tsp tomato sauce
  18. 1tsp soya sauce
  19. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Firstly, in a large mixing bowl prepare a flowing consistency batter.

    Now add in vegetables of your choice and coat well with batter.

    also deep fry in hot oil.

    Stir occasionally, till it turns crunchy and slightly golden brown.

    Drain off the vegetables on to the kitchen towel and keep aside.

  5. 5

    Now prepare the sauce by heating up oil.

  6. 6

    Add in 2 cloves garlic, 1 green chilli and 2 tbsp spring onion.

  7. 7

    Saute on high flame for a minute.

    Additionally, add 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce and salt to taste.

    Mix well on high flame till the sauces gets combined well.

    Now add in fried vegetables and give a quick stir.

    Also add in chopped spring onions.

    Finally, serve vegetable crispy hot as a starters or along with fried rice.

    An your yummy vegetable crispy is ready to serve
