Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 cupmilk
  2. 2-3 tbspragi flakes
  3. 1 tbspjaggery powder
  4. 1/2banana slices
  5. 1/2apple cubed
  6. 2 tbspmixed seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First heat a cast Iron kadai add ragi flakes and dry roast till crunchy, keep aside for cool down.

    Arrenge all ingredients in one place.

  3. 3

    Take a grinder jar add all ingredients and blend it into a smooth puree. Smoothies is ready.

    Then pour the smoothie into the serving glass.

  5. 5

    Garnish with pumpkin seeds and serve.
