Aam Ka Galka/ Meetha Aam ka achar
Cooking Instructions

Cut the raw mango in a small pieces and keep it aside.

Take a kadhai and add 2 tbs oil, 1/2 tbs ajwain, 1/2 tbs methi dana.
- 3
Add 1/2 tbs kalunji, 1/2 tbs jeera, 1/2 tbs sauf and ping heeng.
Let them crackle. - 4
Now add chopped mango and mixed it properly.

Add some spices and water and cover the lid for 15 mins
- 6
Now check the consistency and add jaggery and mixed it.
Cooked it for again 10 mins in a medium flame.

Your Aam ka galka is ready.
Serve with chapati/paratha anything..!!
