Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchchaulai Saag
  2. 2 tbspmustard oil
  3. 1 tspnigella seeds
  4. 2-3chopped green chillies
  5. 2 tbspchopped garlic
  6. 1onion chopped
  7. 1 tspsugar
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    First clean the chaulai saag nicely, wash it properly and finely chopped it. keep aside.

    Heat oil in a kadai add nigella seeds, chopped green chillies, chopped garlic and saute few seconds then add chopped onion and fry them.

    Now add chopped chaulai Saag, turmeric powder, salt, mix it, stir and fry 3-4 minutes. Now saag will release some water, then stir continuously on high flame to let the water evaporate. Then add sugar and mix it well.

    Chaulai Saag is ready to serve.
