Add flour to the bowl and Sprinkle salt, ajwain, all spices, ginger garlic chilli paste and oil around the flour.

Mix using your hands to combine well and ensure oil is mixed well with flour. Add water and combine well with your hands. Knead to form a firm dough. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.

Take a small ball sized dough and make a ball out of it. Further, pat and flatten with the help of palm and finger. Put the flattened dough onto the hot tawa. press gently and cook all the sides.

Now bhakris are redy to serve. Serve with achar or curd.
