Ingredients

15 minutes
2 serve
  1. 250 gramsbroad Beans
  2. 1tomato
  3. 1tblsp ginger garlic chilli paste
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 1tblsp vinegar
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tspchilli powder
  8. 1 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1tblsp oil
  11. 1 tspmustard, cumin and carom seeds,hing

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the string and open to check there aren't any warms..
    Put it in a bowl full of water,add tblsp of vinegar and leave for 10 minutes.
    After 10 mnts drain the water and wash again.

    In a pressure cooker add oil.
    Add mustard cumin and carom seeds for crackle..add hing and chilli garlic ginger paste.saute for a minute..
    Now add pieces of broad Beans,salt, chilli coriander and turmeric powder and tomato pieces..mix well.
    Add Water and close the lid.
    Cook till 3 whistles..

    When the cooker cools down, open the lid and transfer the subji in a bowl..
    Enjoy with Chapati or rice..😋
