Spicy Szechuan Stir-Fried Cabbage Spicy Szechuan Stir-Fried Cabbage
Spicy Szechuan Stir-Fried Cabbage is packed with bold flavors—spicy, tingly, and super fragrant! It’s a quick and easy dish that takes less than 15 minutes to make. The best part? Tearing the cabbage by hand is surprisingly fun and helps it soak up all the flavors. Just chop some scallions, garlic, and ginger, heat up the oil, stir-fry the spices, then toss in everything else. Cook until the cabbage is tender but still crisp, add a splash of vinegar, and finish with a drizzle of chili oil. That’s it! So simple, so good—perfect with a bowl of rice! Enjoy! Dandanyummyfood -
