Kali Chaudas marks the destruction of evil & a new beginning . On this day we worship Goddess Kali . This day is also known as Chhoti Diwali 🪔🎆

Cooking Instructions

Wash urad dal 2-3 times & soak overnight.

Next morning, remove the soaked water & grind the urad dal to a fine paste. Remove in a bowl.

Add green chilli - ginger paste, asafoetida & salt. Mix very well.

Heat oil in a pan.Now beat the vada mixture very well.The more you beat it, the mixture will become light & fluffy. The wadas will become very soft too.

Fry the wadas in batches in hot oil till golden & crispy. Serve these hot wadas with green chutney & tamarind chutne y.
