Ingredients

  1. 100 gramscarrot
  2. 1 tablespoonpickle masala
  3. 1green chilli pieces
  4. 1/2lemon
  5. Salt
  6. 1 tspoon oil
  7. 1 tspoon sugar
  8. 1 pinchasafoetida

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel carrot.Cut pieces length wise.

  2. 2

    Mix together carrot pieces, salt, sugar, pickle masala squeeze lemon juice in it.

    In a small karahi heat oil add mustard seeds allow to crackle.Add asafoetida and green chilli pieces.Add this to pickle.Mix well.Pickle is ready to eat.
