Ingredients

  1. 150 grams of paneer
  2. 1large bowl full fat milk
  3. 1/2cup sugar
  4. 1 tspcardamom powder
  5. 2 tsppure ghee
  6. Almonds as required

    Add sugar in a pan on gas and when it melts add milk and mix well, then add cardamom powder.

    Knead the paneer with a fork. Knead the dough until it becomes a little fine. The mixture starts to boil a lot.
    Then add grated paneer to it and stir well.

    Now when the mixture thickens, add ghee to it and stir until everything gets mixed and it becomes a perfect thabadi.

    Just take it off the gas and put ghee on a thali or plate and once it cools down, also fold the laddu.
    This Paneer Ladoo is very easy to make, and is also good for the body as it contains nutrients.
