Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1 cupoats
  2. 1 tbspsoaked chia seeds
  3. 5-6soaked skinless almond
  4. 1 tsporganic jaggery powder
  5. 1/2 tspcinnamon powder
  6. 1ripe banana slices
  7. 1 cupmilk
  8. Some pumpkin seeds for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First dry roast oats for 2-3 minutes on low heat, till it turns light brown and fragrant. Keep aside for cool down then add little milk and soak them. Arrange all ingredients in one place as shown in fig.

    Take a grinder jar add all ingredients and blend it into a smooth puree. Smoothie is ready.

    Now pour the smoothie into a serving cup. Garnish with chia seeds and pumpkin seeds.

    Healthy Breakfast Oats Banana Smoothie is ready to serve.
