Ingredients

10-15 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. 1 cupMint leaves fresh
  2. 1 small piece ginger
  3. 2 clovesgarlic (optional)
  4. 1/2green chilli or dried red chilli or 1 indian jalapeño
  5. 1tomato roughly chopped
  6. 3/4 teasp cumin seeds
  7. 2 teasp jaggery optional
  8. 1/2 teasp amchur powder or
  9. 1 teasp lemon juice or tamarind paste
  10. Black salt/salt to taste
  11. 1/2 teasp chat masala
  12. 1/4 teasp Black pepper powder
  13. 1/4 cupcurd

Cooking Instructions

10-15 minutes

    First add mint leaves, ginger, chilli, cumin seeds, powdered spices, salt, jaggery pieces(optional) and chopped tomato to a blender with a little water and grind it to a smooth paste.

    Add properly whisked curd. Mix well.

  3. 3

    It's ready. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve as a dip with snacks/stuffed parathas of your choice.
