Ingredients

  1. 1 piecekheera (cucumber)
  2. 1 small bowl hung curd
  3. 1/2 small bowl of boiled chana
  4. 1/2 small chopped onion
  5. 1/2 small chopped tomato
  6. 1/2 small chopped capsicum
  7. 1 small chopped green chilli
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  10. 1 tsplemon juice
  11. For garnishing:
  12. Coriander
  13. Cheese (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the cucumber and peel it. Cut it into 1/2 inch round pieces.

    In a mixing bowl add hung curd, chana, onion, tomatoes and all the spices and mix well.

  3. 3

    With the help of a pillar or knife remove the middle portion of cucumber (seeds of cucumber) except the bottom part.

  4. 4

    Now put chana mixture in it, garnish with coriander and cheese and serve.
