  1. 400 gmrajama

  4. Whole garam masala
  5. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  6. Salt
  7. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/4beet root
  9. 1small carrot

  11. 2tso coriander powder
  12. 1 tspHaldi
  13. 1/2 cupOil
  14. 2 cupsWater

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rajma over night.add water and salt boil. in a pressure cooker.

    In a cooker take onion diced tomatoes diced,carrot and beetroot. Add whole garam masala, Add water and pressure cook till soft

  3. 3

    When the onions and tomatoes mixture is cool grind it,in to fine paste.in a pan take oil add ginger garlic paste when brown add red chilli, salt, dhania powder, haldi and add the ground masala.

    When the masala is cooking add boiled rajma.let it cook add salt as per taste. Add kasuri methi.add cream or ghee to enhance the flavour
