  3. 4 tbscornflour
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspgreen chili past
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1 tsppepper powder
  9. 2 tbschili past
  10. 2 tbsschezwan sauce
  11. 1/4 tsporange color
  12. For sauce
  13. 3 tbsschezwan sauce
  14. 2 tbstomato sauce
  15. 1 tbschili sauce
  16. 1 tbssoya sauce
  17. 1/2 tspsalt
  18. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  19. 2 tbsspring onion chopped
  20. Oil for fry
  21. 4 tbsp flour

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate chicken lollipops add salt pepper powder ginger garlic paste green chili paste eggs flour and corn flour color chili paste schezwan sauce mix well and keep in refrigerator for 2hours

    Now fry heated oil and keep aside

  3. 3

    Take a bowl add salt and pepper chili sauce schezwan sauce soya sauce tomato sauce mix keep aside

  4. 4

    Take a pan add oil 2tbs and add sauces stir fry to cook and add spring onion stir add fry chicken lollipops stir fry to cook for 3minutes and flame off

  5. 5

    Now arrange chicken lollipops serving plate and garnish spring onion

  6. 6

    Ready to serve with schezwan sauce
