Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 cupRajma/Kidney Beans
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Tomato
  4. 1Cucumber
  5. 2 tbspchopped Cilantro
  6. 1Lemon
  7. 1 tspChaat Masala powder
  8. 1 tspSalt
  9. 2 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak rajma in water for 4-5 hours.

    Boil Rajma with water and 1/2 tsp salt.

  3. 3

    Strain from water, wash and let it cool.

  4. 4

    Add chopped 1/2 cucumber, tomato and onion.

  5. 5

    Now add lemon juice, salt and chaat masala powder.

  6. 6

    Add cilantro and mix well.

  7. 7

    Cut remaining cucumber in round thick slices, arrange in serving plate and put the prepared salad on them. Serve immediately.
