Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuprajmah soaked overnight
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1/4 tspAsafoetida
  4. 1/4 tspginger garlic chopped
  5. 2Onion roughly chopped
  6. 1tomato sliced or round
  7. 1carrot round or sliced
  8. 1cucumber sliced or round
  9. 1/4 tspblack Pepper
  10. 1 tspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First take raj mah in pressure cooker by adding salt asofetida and ginger garlic chopped and 4 whistles to cook. Now cool the steam.

    Now take a pan add oil and heat it add onion carrot saute for one minute add tomato and cucumber add salt and pepper taste it according ur taste and cool in room temperature and serve healthy salt is ready with vegetables and rajmah if u want add lemon juice on it.
