Ingredients

  1. 2 cuplima beans
  2. 2 tea spoonbesan
  3. 4 table spoonoil
  4. 1/4 tsphing
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric
  6. 1 , 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 3 tspdhaniya jeera powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 table spoonjaggery

    Boil the lima beans in pressure cooker.

    Dry roast besan on low flame. Heat the oil, add hing, turmeric, red chilli powder dhaniya jeera powder, and besan. Saute for 2 minutes.

    Add boiled lima beans. Add salt, jaggery and lemon juice. Saute for 3-4 minutes on low flame.

    Khata mitha lima beans is ready.. Serve hot with phulka roti..
