Ingredients

15-20 minutes
3 persons
  1. 100 gmwater chestnut flour
  2. 100 gmbuckwheat flour
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1 cupwater (approximately)
  5. For fillings
  6. 1medium size carrot cut into thin strips
  7. 1medium capsicum cut into thin strips
  8. 1small onion thinly slices
  9. 1/4 cupscrambled paneer
  10. 1green Chilli finely chopped
  11. 1 tspgreen Chilli sauce
  12. 1 tspred Chilli sauce
  13. 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  14. 1/2 tspChilli flakes
  15. 1/2 tsp oregano
  16. Salt as per taste
  17. 3-4 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes

    Take both flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt mix together,gradually add water whisk well and make a lumps free batter. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

    Chopped all the veggies, take a pan add 1tsp oil heat it and first add onion slices saute 1 minute on high flame till they turn slightly pink.

    Add chopped green Chilli, onion and capsicum saute them on high flame around 2 minutes. Add green Chilli sauce,red Chilli sauce and ketchup.

    Mix them then add salt,Chilli flakes and oregano toss them well then add paneer and give it a nice mix. Turn off the flame. Allow it to cool.

    Take the flour batter it becomes thick then add little water and make a running consistency batter.

    Heat a non-stick pan sprinkle little water. Turn the flame low, pour a full ladle of batter in the pan spread evenly like a dosa. Try to make a thin sheet. Sprinkle little oil around it and cook on medium to high flame till it cook well.

    Prepared all the sheets.
    Take one sheet place 1 tbsp stuffing in the middle.

    Apply slurry on the edges. Fold it from upper and lower side then wrap it from left and right corner as shown in pic.

    Make all rolls from the remaining sheets.
    Take a pan add 2tbsp oil. When oil heated place these rolls in the pan and shallow fry them from both side till they turn golden.

    Transfer in a plate. Spread mayonnaise and sauce on them and serve hot.
