Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsoyabean
  2. 3/4 cupchana dal (Bengal gram)
  3. 1 tspurad dal
  4. 1 tspyellow moong dal
  5. 1tomato (chopped)
  6. 1/2 cupgreen onion (chopped)
  7. 2 tspgreen chillies, ginger garlic paste
  8. 3 tspoil
  9. 1 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1dry red chilli
  11. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  12. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. 1 tspcumin coriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    Soak soya bean for 7 hours and boil in a cooker by adding 2 cup of water and make 4 whistles.

    Soak chanadal, Urad dal and yellow moong dal for 2 hours. Boil all daals in a cooker by adding 1 cup of water and make 2 whistles.

    Heat oil in a, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, dry red chilli saute it well.

    Add chopped spring onion, Saute for 5 minutes, add chopped tomato and saute it for 5 minutes.

    Add salt and turmeric powder, Cook for 2 minutes.

    Add boiled soya bean and chana dal, Urad dal and yellow moong dal.

    Add red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder and chopped green part of green onion.

    Soyabean chanadal curry is ready to serve, you can enjoy with Paratha or rice.
